Cry. Show some raw emotion. Even if you don't have a reason... but especially if you do, it's therapeutic, empowering, and pink puffy eyes are just so attractive, to the right person of course.
We spend so much time suppressing fears, exhaustion, disappointment, sadness and uncertainty, cry it out for once. As soon as you are done, it can only get better from the clarity you receive after standing up, wiping your face, and getting back to work.
I agree, Lisa!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful piece of art. Such great emotion that the design and colors bring out so well.
ReplyDeleteI love a good cry....even if my husband hates to see me do so.
I just found your blog today for the first time. Your post is perfect for me right now. ;) I need to cry. I am selling my home right now and my husband and I are broke. I hold it all in. I will have a good cry sooner or later. lol Your blog is very cute!
ReplyDeletesuch truth in your sweet post today!
ReplyDeleteSo true! A good cry feels so good. You sleep better, and you feel like you can move past that emotional hurdle, because you acknowledged it, and that it made you sad or angry.
ReplyDeleteThe art is an amazing find, as well.
Oh, I agree with you 100%
ReplyDeleteI actually know that I need my weekly cry sessions, just to get a breather and clarity from my hectic work life.
Thank god there's "Grey's Anatomy" cause it makes for a perfect hour of good pure crying ;)
