Choose Happiness

I've been frustrated. Lots things out of my comfort zone that I am going to have to confront very soon. (Why can't people just be 'somewhat' normal for heaven's sake!?) But, I am not going to let it conquer my day and will move forward.

  1. I suspect that 'normal' like 'happiness' is different for each of us :)

  2. Very very true, diva. I'm willing to wager though, that most anyone would be frustrated in this instance, though I'm sure the degree would vary, of course

  3. Two of my favorite quotes of all time :

"A smooth sea never made a skillful sailor"
    and
"Iron can't sharpen iron without a little friction"

    Praying for you today :)

  4. I love this :)

I think too often we forget that we do have a choice in the way we feel - this is a great statement piece!

  5. You are right, the choice is ours/yours. I always add the phrase "What's the worst that can happen?", and once I have face the worst things are always easier than I thought. Have a GREAT day!

  6. Awww, I hope things start looking up for you soon. You have the right attitude, that's for sure! Don't let the turkeys get you down, my step-dad would always say.

  8. I'm with you Lisa! Lots of crazy stressful things going on here too.. DRama and trouble in my kids lives.. Certainly trying to get the best of me.. and coming very close. I'm so happy to have your little reminder. That is usually my outlook.. to choose happiness.. but every now and then I lose sight of it for a moment.. I was coming up to that point tonight.. so I really am grateful for your post!
Hope all is alright for you!
